Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GlobalInsight.ai you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Service Description

GlobalInsight.ai is a research engine that analyzes public online conversations, ranks what people are expressing, and records each run as a timestamped baseline so later runs can be compared. GlobalInsight.ai does not sell reports or subscriptions directly to the public. Organizations access its outputs through EMBI and Crisis Logic under separate written agreements; where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the written agreement governs.

Use License

• Use the platform for lawful business or research purposes only.
• Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse platform data, code, or reports.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Payments

GlobalInsight.ai no longer offers public subscriptions or one-time report purchases. Any purchases made under earlier versions of these Terms remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Limitations of Liability

GlobalInsight.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Disclaimer

Insights generated from public data inevitably contain uncertainties. We provide the service on an "as is" basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

GDPR & Data Protection

• We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
• When acting as data controller, we rely on legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
• When processing personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor and you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to submit that data.
